The Book of Will

At CTSA, our priority is the health and safety of our students and community, including faculty, staff, production team, and supporters. In keeping with the decision released by UCI in response to the COVID-19 health crisis, we have decided to cancel or postponed all performances for the remainder of the Spring 2020 quarter.

We are in the process of managing donations and the refunds to our ticketholders. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process. We are diligently working with our teams to reschedule any events that may be postponed to a later date.

To learn more about UCI’s ongoing response to this crisis, please visit UCI’s dedicated COVID-19 website.

Be safe and healthy, and remember to spread Art, not the virus!

The Book of Will - CANCELED

Written by Lauren Gunderson
Directed by Joshua Max Feder

April 16 - 19, 2020

Claire Trevor Theatre

Just three years after William Shakespeare’s death, botched and pirated versions of his plays are appearing all over London. His friends and company members can see just one solution: printing an official version of all his plays in a single folio edition in order to preserve them and ensure their future. Though the task seems impossible, their love for their friend, and for the transcendent wit and wonder of his plays, inspires them to persevere.
