Chyna Walker

Chynna Walker is a small, stealthy little minx born in Norman, Oklahoma and bred in Flower Mound, Texas. She found a passion for performance when she was cast in her first role her sophomore year of high school playing a character that was completely made up because the class was too big for the cast of the play. After graduating from Flower Mound HS, Chynna studied theatre performance at Baylor University and graduated with a BFA in 2015. Right out of undergrad, Chynna flew far, far away from home to continue her exploration of acting at UC Irvine.

Chynna’s favorite roles have included Cinderella in Into the Woods, Svetlana in Chess, Stephana in The Tempest, and most recently Cordelia and the Fool in King Lear. She also recently played the lead in a short film titled MY DINNER WITH WERNER, which will make its festival run later this year.

Chynna is most passionate about writing, singing, laughing, and telling truthful stories with kind, generous people like the ones she has met so far.
