Emily Daly comes from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Born to an actor and a playwright, her rather eccentric childhood gave her a passion for the theatre at a very young age. After earning her degree from the University of Evansville in 2015 in Theatre Performance and Creative Writing, she decided to continue her education at UC – Irvine. Favorite roles at UCI have included Roberta in Danny and the Deep Blue Sea, Mrs. Van-Buren in Intimate Apparel, and most recently, King Lear. Emily has had the opportunity to work regionally at The Great River Shakespeare Festival, Pacific Conservatory Theatre, Chautauqua Theater Company, and American Players Theatre.
Emily is also a passionate feminist, most excited about opportunities that empower and uplift all self-identifying women. She has a strong penchant for Shakespeare, self-generated work, and anything that makes her laugh.
