Mateo Arroyo

Mateo hails from San Antonio, Texas. In 2015 he earned a BA in Acting/ Directing from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. Some of his favorite roles at UC Irvine include: Frederick Trumper in Chess, Ferdinand in Love’s Labor’s Lost and Abram Baker in Our Class. His time at UC Irvine lead him to immense passion for comedy, musical theatre, Shakespeare and understanding his cultural history. He plans to work the rest of his life as an actor and singer in all mediums, and to continue to tell stories that inspire and impact the world.
