Romeo & Juliet

For several generations, Verona has been burdened by a feud between two distinguished families, the Montagues and the Capulets. The petulant violence between the teenage Montagues and Capulets becomes limitless when Utrecht high-society implodes with the explosion of Romeo and Juliet’s transgressive and unstoppable love. With two families’ cherished loved ones in radical defiance of a tradition of persistent hatred, the survival of the teens depends on the guidance of parents, Church, God, or the dangerous wisdom of the teenagers themselves. Supercharged by an electronic soundscape and cruelly short-circuited by action-packed events, tragic-comedy has never been more exemplified than in this notoriously famous story of the extraordinary conditions for unconditional love.
